Heirs Property Lunch and Learn with Athens-Clarke County

The ACC Housing & Community Development Department will host its Heirs Property Lunch & Learn Session at 12:30 pm on April 10, 2018. During this session, Jim Davis, Staff Attorney with the Georgia Heirs Property Law Center, a not-for-profit law firm, will provide information on heirs property, the impact on generational property and on legal ownership.
